Our policies are simple and straight forward. We want to keep you as our client, but we also need to protect ourself from becoming a victim of people who want to take advantages of small merchants, therefore we have designed policies that protect the consumer as long as certain procedures are follow: Please take the time to get know this policies and follow them for your own protection.
1. All sales are final. No refunds will be Issued. Returnable product is for store credit and exchange only. Items will be replaced for the exact same product only if defective within 24 hours. Proof of purchase is required. Products must have warranty sticker intact. Final Sale items include but are not limited to CPUs, software, printers, all-in-ones, scanners, labour charges, LCD monitors, DVD and CD blank media, clearance or demo items, FTA receivers, optical products, karaoke machines, items packed in blister packaging that is not resalable.
Any product's warranty will be honoured through through the manufacturer. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping cost unless manufacturer warranty said otherwise.
All deposits on purchases are deemed to be partial payments and are non-refundable. Customers forfeit ownership of any product on which there is an outstanding balance on after 90 days of invoice.
Warranty on labour. We offert warranty on labour only if a part we have replaced failed to work as intended by the Manufacturer. Software isues are not covered as we have no control over what the client do to or with their Computer.
Components sold to and installed by the customer are done so at the customer's own risk. The Computer Den Inc is not liable for any damage to the customer's existing equipment caused by, but not limited to, any defects or incompatibility issues with any components purchased from us or inexperience by the installer.
Prices on the website are subject to change without notice. If there are any errors, typos due to data entry, the decision of the sales manager would be final.
